採用 10nm 製程的 128Gb NAND Flash，Samsung 840 EVO mSATA SSD 提供 1TB 選擇

7 月份發表的 Samsung 840 EVO SSD 現在又增加一款新容量了。 Samsung 在 7 月份的 SSD Global Summit 上發表的 840 EVO SSD 在 2.5 吋方面，容量高達 960GB，不過現在 mSATA 介面的 SSD 容量也獲得提升。 目前 Samsung 840 EVO mSATA SSD 擁有 120、250、500GB，以及最新的 1TB 供選擇。 Samsung 採用基於 10nm 製程的 128Gb 的 NAND Flash，SSD 上可以見到四顆顆粒，每顆封裝內擁有 16 層的 128Gb 顆粒，這意味著 Samsung 840 EVO mSATA SSD 的 [...]
