加拿大 HTC One 開始更新，台灣 Android 4.4 時程待確認

加拿大 HTC One 已經可以更新至 Android 4.4.2 KitKat 作業系統。 HTC 已經針對加拿大電信業者 Rogers、Bell、Virgin、TELUS、SaskTel 與 WIND 用戶的 One，釋出 Android 4.4.2 KitKat 作業系統更新，版本號碼為 4.19.631.9，大小為 585.44MB。 在這次的更新中，HTC One 將支援 Android 4.4 KitKat 作業系統的新服務，在安全性、穩定度部份有所改善；不過，瀏覽器中原有的 Flash 功能已經被移除，若要使用相關功能，得另外安裝網頁瀏覽器才能使用。 目前我們尚無法得 台灣 HTC One 何時更新的時間表，不過若有相關訊息，VR-Zone 會第一時間告知大家。 Source

完全強調自己動手來 DIY，NVIDIA 開始發售 G-SYNC 套件

但是適用的螢幕種類….僅一款。 去年 NVIDIA 針對了遊戲中畫面無法完美同步而造成卡頓、撕裂的狀況提出了 G-SYNC 技術，透過整合在螢幕內的模組來動態調整更新率來與 GPU Framerate 同步來解決這問題。NVIDIA 同時也宣布了數家合作夥伴將在今年推出多款包含 G-SYNC 模組的螢幕產品。但在市場還沒有能供消費者採購的產品的狀況下，NVIDIA 推出了一款 G-SYNC DIY 套件，讓特定的螢幕能夠支援 G-SYNC 技術。 目前這款套件僅供 ASUS VG248QE 這款液晶螢幕使用，說穿了就是將原本螢幕內的控制板代換成支援 G-SYNC 的產品，使用者必須動手將螢幕拆解，並自行換上套件內的控制電路板，較為建議有相關拆解經驗的使用者進行安裝。 不過要享受到 G-SYNC 技術的代價也是不小，除了得花破萬台幣的價格去購入這個套件以外，改造之後的螢幕，因為電路設計的緣故，將只剩 Displayport 接座，原先未改時提供的 DVI、HDMI 機能都將無法使用，原本螢幕的電源連接也因為供電模組被移除的緣故將需要從外部進行 DC 供電；另外要安裝 G-SYNC 得將內部機構銅柱進行破壞性拆除，可能會造成螢幕保固上的麻煩，整體的考量之下似乎自己動手改 G-SYNC 帶來的弊還是大於利。 Source

Yahoo Mail 部分帳號遭駭，立馬更改密碼最保險

Yahoo 31 日於部落格中公布近日 Yahoo Mail 受到攻擊，與後續處理。 Yahoo 最近發現 Yahoo Mail 部分帳號有未授權存取的情況，不過並未公布受害帳號數量。Yahoo 已要求異常帳號重設密碼，以確保使用者的資料安全。Yahoo 認為用於未授權存取的帳號和密碼是由第三方資料庫所取得，並非由 Yahoo 直接流出。 除了提醒受影響的帳戶重設密碼外，也會提醒使用者加入手機號碼，以在帳號出問題時，提供第二層保護。 Yahoo 也公布已和聯邦執法機構合作找出並控告進行此次攻擊的人士，另外也加入了進一步的保護措拖，阻擋攻擊。 Source

Samsung Tizen 智慧型手機再曝光，SM-Z9005 工程樣機在 eBay 上販售

總營收狂飆 6.2 億美元，《英雄聯盟》每日在線人數飆升 750 萬

偶而會被認定前景不明的《英雄聯盟》，事實上表現還是很不錯的呢。 Riot Games 近日公開了《英雄聯盟》（League of Legends）最新遊戲營運情報。包含了光在一年之內就暴增 1,200 萬將近一倍，至今在全球超過 2,700 萬的使用玩家；更創造了每日約超越 750 萬人次的最高同時再線記錄，成果斐然。 就算在台灣也是高人氣指標的《英雄聯盟》，近日有開發商 Riot Games 公開了最新營運統計數字。其中，全球使用人數自 2012 年 10 月至今成長了爆量超過 1,200 萬人，等同全球使用者已倍增至 2,700 萬人。至今已達到同時在線人數超過 750 萬人的紀錄，則是較去年 3 月的 500 萬同時在線記錄增長約 50％。 對於免月費遊戲而言，《英雄聯盟》無疑是建立了穩定的玩家客群基礎。 根據市調公司 SuperData 的調查數據顯示《英雄聯盟》去年總營收已達到 6 憶 2,400 萬美元，成為站上該類型遊戲的第二大市佔寶座。有趣的是《英雄聯盟》去年在美國地區的活躍表現，意外地成為電視遊戲主機小賣店的「救火隊」；這是因為電視遊戲主機通路，就算去年有 PS4 和 Xbox One 兩大話題產品開賣，但在 2013 年 12 月期間，包含電視主機與 PC 在內的遊戲軟體銷售量下滑了 11％ 來到 13 億 1,000 [...]
