Barefoot 3 M10 控制器，OCZ Storage Solutions 發表 ARC 100 系列 SSD

Toshiba 旗下的 OCZ Storage Solutions 宣布推出全新的 ARC 100 系列 SSD。 全新的 ARC 100 系列 SSD 採用了 Indilinx Barefoot 3 M10 控制器，搭配 Toshiba Advanced 19nm 製程的 MLC NAND Flash。 ARC 100 系列擁有 120、240 以及 480GB 等三種容量，隨著容量不同，其讀寫表現也有著不一樣的表現。 首先是 120GB 的讀取速度為 475MB/s，寫入為 395MB/s；240GB 讀取為 480MB/s，寫入為 430MB/s；至於 480GB 則有著最佳的讀寫表現，其讀取速度為 490MB/s，而寫入為 450MB/s。在隨機讀取部分，ARC 100 系列最高可以達到 75,000 IOPS，而寫入則是 80,000 IOPS。 ARC 100 [...]
